SHIPPING POLICY
DOMESTIC SHIPPING (United States)
Whimsy Fit Activewear & Accessories
- Processing Time: 5-10 business days
- Shipping Location: Ships from our West Coast facility
- Shipping Methods: USPS, UPS, or FedEx (based on location and availability)
- Shipping Rates: Calculated at checkout based on your location and order size
- Tracking: You'll receive a tracking number via email once your order ships
Ann Webb Skin Care
- Processing Time: Same-day shipping for orders placed Monday-Saturday (orders placed on Sunday ship Monday)
- Shipping Location: Ships from Georgetown, SC
- Shipping Rate: Flat rate $5.00 per order
- Tracking: You'll receive a tracking number via email once your order ships
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
We currently ship to select international destinations. International shipping rates and delivery times vary by location and are calculated at checkout.
Important Notes for International Orders:
- Customs fees, duties, and taxes may apply and are the responsibility of the customer
- Delivery times vary by destination country and customs processing
- International orders may take 2-4 weeks for delivery
DELIVERY TIMEFRAMES
Total delivery time = Processing time + Shipping time
- Whimsy Fit: 5-10 business days processing + 3-7 business days shipping = 8-17 business days total
- Ann Webb Skin Care: Same-day processing + 3-7 business days shipping = 3-7 business days total
Delivery times are estimates and may vary during peak seasons or due to carrier delays.
TRACKING YOUR ORDER
Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with:
- Tracking number
- Carrier information
- Estimated delivery date
You can track your package directly through the carrier's website or from your order confirmation email.
SHIPPING ADDRESS
Please ensure your shipping address is accurate and complete. We cannot be responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. Address changes must be requested within 24 hours of placing your order.
LOST OR DELAYED PACKAGES
If your package is lost or significantly delayed:
1. Check the tracking information for updates
2. Contact the shipping carrier directly
3. If unresolved after 10 business days from the expected delivery date, contact us at info@whimsyfit.com
We'll work with you to resolve the issue, which may include filing a claim with the carrier or sending a replacement.
DAMAGED PACKAGES
If your package arrives damaged:
- Take photos of the damaged packaging and product
- Contact us within 7 days at info@whimsyfit.com
- We'll arrange for a replacement or refund
ORDER CHANGES
Need to change your order? Contact us within 24 hours at info@whimsyfit.com or 502-640-4100. Once an order has been processed and shipped, we cannot make changes.
