REFUND POLICY
Return Window
We accept returns within 15 days of purchase. Items must be unworn, unused, and in original condition with tags attached and original packaging intact.
Non-Returnable Items
For health and hygiene reasons, swimwear (bikini tops, bikini bottoms, and one-piece suits) cannot be returned or exchanged.
How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, please contact us at info@whimsyfit.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll provide you with return instructions and a return authorization.
Please retain your proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt). Do not send returns directly to the manufacturer.
Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll email you to confirm receipt and notify you whether your refund has been approved.
Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 30 days of approval. Please allow 5-10 business days for the credit to appear in your account after processing.
If You Haven't Received Your Refund
If you haven't received your refund after 30 days, please:
1. Check your bank account or credit card statement
2. Contact your credit card company or bank, as processing times vary
3. If you've completed these steps and still haven't received your refund, contact us at info@whimsyfit.com
Sale Items
Sale and clearance items are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded.
Exchanges
We only offer exchanges for defective or damaged items. If you received a defective or damaged product, please contact us immediately at info@whimsyfit.com with photos of the issue. We'll arrange for a replacement at no additional cost.
For size exchanges or different styles, please process a return for refund and place a new order.
Gift Returns
If your item was purchased as a gift:
- Gift recipients may return items for store credit
- Refunds will be issued to the original purchaser's payment method
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@whimsyfit.com with photos. We'll arrange for a replacement or full refund, including return shipping costs.
